Autumnal Brahms, as Julian Bliss plays a deeply felt sonata for the instrument Brahms fell in love with late in life, as well as pieces by Clara Schumann, the great love of his whole life.  Jess Dandy explores some of his most personal songs and the concert ends with the Clarinet Trio, of which it was famously said, ‘it is as if the instruments are in love with each other.’
