There is disabled parking, however this needs to be booked with the Arts Centre staff. Please contact them to arrange this. There is further parking in the marketplace and street parking around Helmsley. There is level access from the street into the foyer through an automatic door. The Studio Bar and the Auditorium are all level access. The accessible toilet is directly outside the auditorium. Helmsley Arts Centre offer a Hearing Loop system and Hearing enhancement headphones, which can be collected from the Box Office at the Arts Centre. There are 2 wheelchair spaces with a companion seat, with can be seen on the plan. There are steep steps in the auditorium to get to the seats, so please be aware of this when booking tickets. Assistance dogs are welcome in this venue.
