The drop-off zone for disabled passengers is adjacent to the left-hand side of the steps at the front of the house. There is also disabled parking available in front of the house, just have your blue badge ready for the parking stewards, so they can direct you to the correct parking area. Passengers have a level route through the doorway adjacent to the steps and can proceed to reception via the lift from the ground floor. A steward will assist in the operation of the lift. There are designated wheelchair positions in the auditorium, and these are shown on the venue seating plan. On a general note, for all concert-goers, the flight of steps to access the reception and auditorium areas is quite long (although with rewarding views from the top). Do use the lift if you have any concerns about using the steps. Toilets are available on the ground floor.
